Nana's Hands

Nana's Hands aims to supports clients by acting as a surrogate caregiver and friend when family members and loved ones can’t be present. We can give your family peace of mind knowing that your loved one is getting the attention he or she deserves, the companionship they desire and the assistance with common tasks needed for them to stay safe at home when you cant be there.  

We work with the client to develop a customized plan of care and build a schedule to fit their needs and work with families to determine the best way to assist their loved ones so that they feel safe at home. 

At Nana's Hands we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any questions or concerns. we are trustworthy, reliable, supportive and dependable. We assure that a person is there to respond and help with any issues that the client or family member may have.
